POSH Programs

P.O.S.H – Prevention Of Sexual Harassment policy workshop.

The Workshop sessions will be conducted, along with giving an orientation to the employees about the company’s policies on harassment and grievance cells.

Employees will be sensitized on what is appropriate and what is not, in social settings, casual conversations in workplace, conduct of meetings ,use of language and personal communication.

Topics on what is sexual orientation and how to respond to it will be covered.

Appraisals

This is often requested to be done quarterly or semi-annually
